Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic brand?
Our Welwyn Garden City-based client is a passenger car dealership operating from a great facility, they are seeking a dealer-experienced Parts Sales Advisor to join their friendly team.
What you’ll be doing
- Interacting with retail, trade and internal customers to identify their parts needs, providing recommendations, and assisting with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and compatibility of parts
- Utilising parts catalogues, computer systems, and manufacturer resources to accurately identify and locate the correct parts for customers' vehicles based on make, model, and year
- Processing parts orders efficiently and accurately, including entering orders into the dealership's computer system, verifying pricing and availability, and coordinating with suppliers or warehouses for timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and replenishing inventory as needed to ensure sufficient availability of parts for customers and service technicians
- Actively promoting parts sales by recommending additional parts or accessories to customers, upselling related products or services, and maximising sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Overall, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the availability of parts, and contributing to the overall success of the parts department and dealership
How the role aligns with your profile
- You are currently a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor working in a passenger car dealership, or a parts factors
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide a consistent level of high quality service
What does this opportunity give you
Basic salary £30,000 with a £40k OTE and additional company benefits
Excellent training and career progression also offered.
Working Hours
8 am – 6 pm Mon – Fri, with 1 in 4 Saturday's 8 am – 12 pm
