- You are currently leading a medium to large sales team at a leading Japanese, Korean or Chinese automotive brand dealership, ideally within the GCC
- The role demands agility and resilience, as you’ll navigate diverse challenges and opportunities daily, so you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You inspire and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment where everyone can thrive
- You have a proven track record of exceeding targets and customer expectations
- You possess in-depth knowledge of automotive retail sales processes
