Based in Riyadh, with a focus on increasing sales and installing the best processes you will lead an Arabic speaking sales team to raise standards and exceed targets. You will utilise your management skills to work closely with the team to become the flagship sales showroom for their brand in the Middle East region.
- Middle East experience as a Sales Manager in a car dealership
- Native Arabic speaking Middle East National
- Proven experience of successfully leading sales teams
- High volume car sales experience with strategies to increase sales
- Set and enforce individual targets and expectations
- Ability to liaise and work closely with the manufacturer office
- Aware of the market and what the competition is doing and being one step ahead!
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
