Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
What’s on Offer?

Ideal Candidate
Interested candidates should have proven experience of working as an Motor Vehicle Technician and/or MOT Tester Technician.
You will be a qualified IMI Level 2 or IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician (or equivalent) and have experience of working in a fast paced working environment, with a focus on “fixing it right first time.
The Package
The Basic salary ranges from between £34,000 to £48,000, with an uncapped bonus structure.

- Minimum NVQ or IMI Level 3 or equivalent is essential
- Proven experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
- A full driving license is required for the role as you will be moving vehicles around the workshop
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of £35,000 to £50,000 per annum and a realistic bonus package available.
