Are you currently a General Manager of a passenger car dealership and interested in a new challenge in the Middle East?
Our client has an immediate vacancy for a passenger car experienced General Manager to lead an established and thriving car dealership in the UAE.
Ideal Candidate
- Educated to Bachelors degree or similar
- Current or recent Middle East experience as a General Manager within a retail dealership (not OEM)
- Successful career as a General Manager of a passenger car dealership for at least five years
- Possess a balanced experience and understanding of sales, aftersales and marketing
- Will consider luxury brand General Managers who have managed volume dealerships exceeding 1,000 new cars per year
- Dynamic and focussed business leader
- Driven by data, analysis of trends, the market and competitor performance
- Decisive and a proven ability to bring impacting change
- Motivational leadership skills
- Ability to manage manufacturer relations
- Present to the board of directors
- Full operational and financial responsibility for the brand
The Package
Tax Free earnings annual salary package of up to GBP £151,000 per annum plus company car, annual bonus and benefits. Single or Family status applicants will be considered. GBP £218,000 OTE
