The Role
Managing a team of 10 Technicians, ensuring the workshop is productive and flowing as efficiently as possible. Monitoring the efficiency of the Technicians, as well as ensuring productivity is being maximised and all materials, equipment and labour resources.

- You will need to have proven leadership; someone the team can aspire to become like. Therefore, experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager is desirable.
- They feel it is all about driving the team to deliver, a big part of this is conducting regular staff reviews. This is something you will need to be familiar with also.

The Package
They will be offering the successful candidate a basic salary between £37,000 – £38,000. You will be working 5 days a week, 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. No weekends.
