Role Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MET Technician to join our client in Dubai: a luxury classic car restoration studio. Working with some of the rarest cars in the world, this role demands a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of client requirements in order to bring their dreams to fruition. If you are equipped with the necessary skills and can deliver on these expectations, then this position is well-suited for you. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, making it the first of its kind in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Careful removal of Body, Mechanical, Electrical and trim components
- Assessing all parts for damage or corrosion and meticulously logging your findings
- Undertake highly detailed rebuilding, restoring genuine parts where possible
- Ensuring work areas are clean and tidy
- Removing and fitting non-structural body panels.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently in a similar role with over 5 years’ experience of classic / vintage cars
- ATA MET accredited
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work alone
- We will consider applicants currently in the UK/Europe or in the Middle East region who have MET Technician experience with classic or vintage cars
