Our client in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Service Technician and MOT Tester to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle services and repairs per brand standards.
- Follow brand and dealership processes
- Communicate directly with customers as needed
- Support and mentor junior colleagues
- Participate in ongoing technical training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a main dealership or independent
- Skilled in fault diagnosis with MOT Tester qualification
- Team player with strong customer service skills
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation
The Package:
- Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 17:30pm
- Saturday (1 in 4 rota) – 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Basic Salary £30,000 with a OTE of £35,000 – £50,000 (uncapped)
- 30 days holiday

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a Bodyshop in Crawley. They are looking for an Alloy Wheel Technician.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for carrying out repairs to all types of wheels on vehicles
- You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales
- You will remove, repair and refit wheels and tyres on vehicles and ensure the repairs are to a very high standard
- Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of wheel repair with strong attention to detail
The Salary
They will be looking to offer the right candidate a basic salary of £30,000 with an achievable bonus available.

This dealership is known nationally for their expertise and precision. They are in search of a SMART Technician (Small, Medium Area Repair Technician) and you will be responsible for carrying out any general cosmetic repairs (internal and external) to customer vehicles and used-car stock.
The main duties of the role include:
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or in a similar Bodyshop environment working on vehicle repairs and restorations.
- Have physical and manual dexterity to undertake detailed repair work.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full, valid, clean UK Driving Licence.
Salary and Benefits
