We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join a service department representing a prestige brand. This is an exciting opportunity managing a large team of people so experience working as a Workshop Manager or Controller will be considered.
The Person
For this role, you will need to have clear leadership qualities and knowledge of how to drive a profitable department. It would be an advantage if you have come from a technical background. However, this is not essential, as there are many transferable skills.
The Package
They will be offering the successful candidate a salary of £38,000 – £42,000 with an OTE of £48,000.

What’s needed from you?
- If you have a background in Workshop Control that would be favorable
- However, In the role of Service Manager, you need to have proven experience in being able to independently manage and develop a customer focused and profitable aftersales department
- They very much like people who like to ‘grow their own’, your guidance and vision will be integral to developing the people around you
The Salary
They will be looking to offer the right candidate a competitive basic salary is between £45,000 – £50,000 with an achievable OTE of £70,000
