Role Details
We are working with a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership based in Hounslow, Middlesex to find them a professional, enthusiastic and motivated Warranty Administrator.
Who We Are Looking For
As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for administering all agreed warranty claims ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures.
Therefore, experience in this role is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience of using Kerridge and a detailed working knowledge of the warranty process, whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of quality and customer service.
What Is On Offer?
They will be offering a basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000 with a potential bonus scheme of £250 per month. This would give you an OTE between £31,000 – £33,000.
The hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm.
