They are currently looking for a Tyre Technician to join their prestige dealership in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.

The Role
- Inspections to determine preferred repair action for repairing tyres and tubes
- Removing and replacing worn and damaged tyres with correctly identified and new tyres
- Checking tyre pressures in line with the car manufacturers specifications
- Selecting tyres and rims for particular vehicles and balancing of tyres and wheels
- Measuring tyre tread depth and reporting these readings correctly
- Ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction
Who we are looking for
- Practical knowledge of fitting tyres is desirable, they would consider applicants wanting to be trained
- If you do not have experience in this role, it would be an advantage if you have NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Maintenance & Repair of Vehicles.
- You must be able to work well under pressure and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
What’s on offer?
They will be offering a basic salary of £25,000 basic with an additional £200 per month in bonus. Your OTE will be £27,400, but this is uncapped.
The working hours are Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5pm).
