Role Details

Our client is looking for a Showroom Host/Sales Administrator for their dealership in Heathrow.  You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring all administrative tasks run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a welcoming environment in the showroom
  • Managing incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Supporting various administrative functions across departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handling messages and ensure all customer needs are met promptly
  • Offering hospitality to waiting customers and maintain showroom cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance

The package:

Salary – £26,000 generous holiday allowance and benefits package
Monday to Friday – Full-time (40 hours per week)
