Job Title: Service Reception Manager
Location: Croydon, Surrey
Salary: up to £37,000 per annum OTE £45,000 plus great company benefits
Looking for a new challenge in the automotive industry? We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Reception Manager to join a super friendly dealership in Croydon!
As the Service Reception Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to manage and lead a strong team in providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee our team of service advisors, provide support and direction for technicians and service operations team within the service department, and deliver a full aftersales service to customers.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry and a strong technical knowledge. You should be able to work in a high-pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive a team forward.
