I am collaborating with a down to earth, dynamic automotive group. They are looking to recruit a Service Manager. This automotive group are very well known for their foresight, proactive approach and flexibility when it comes to their people.

What’s needed from you?
- If you have a background in Workshop Control that would be favorable
- However, In the role of Service Manager, you need to have proven experience in being able to independently manage and develop a customer focused and profitable aftersales department
- They very much like people who like to ‘grow their own’, your guidance and vision will be integral to developing the people around you
The Salary
They will be looking to offer the right candidate a competitive basic salary is between £45,000 – £50,000 with an achievable OTE of £70,000
