Role Details
I am partnering with an independently run family owned business based in Canterbury assisting them in finding an Aftersales Manager to lead, motivate and inspire the team.
To give you some insight, if successful you will be given full support and autonomy to make decisions relating to the service and parts department.
It is a lovely dealership with a friendly team, with an excellent reputation in the area.
You will be responsible for managing a good sized team leading them from the front. If you would like to work in a more relaxed setting where you can really make your mark on a business, reaping the rewards as you go then I would love to hear from you.
The Package
The salary is very much dependent on experience but will be in the region of £50,000 – £54,000 basic with an OTE of £60,000 – £63,000.

The Requirements
For this role, you must have experience working in a facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager. You will also need to have a proven stable background that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.
