We have an exciting opportunity available working for a great brand as a Service Manager!
This will be managing a small team of Advisors and Technicians, who are very experienced. You will be responsible for pushing the team to exceed their targets and the department to be in the top 20 for Aftersales in the country.
This role is based near Cambridge.
Requirements
- For this role, the ideal background would be from the service department or workshop ideally in a leadership role
- This may be in the form of a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager
The Package
You will be offered a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE between £70,000. Plus company benefits.
