My client is a family owned group and are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their team for a top commercial vehicle brand dealership in Oxford, Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and receive full brand training and develop an exceptional level of competence in the role, with all levels of experience and brand awareness being considered.
The client is looking for someone to become an important employee for this dealership and become a valued member of the small team, where you will feel a real sense of cohesion amongst your work colleagues as well as having the space for personal growth within the role.
What you’ll be doing;
- You will be putting yourself in the eyes of the customer, ensuring you acknowledge, greet and welcome every customer walking into the department.
- You are a pivotal player in the department, your expert knowledge and understanding nature will be used to answer any customer questions.
- You will empower the customer to make informed choices by ensuring you relay all of the service options and relevant accessories available to purchase.
- Using Kerridge to update the system and invoice accordingly.

They are offering £29,000 – £31,000 basic and with an OTE of £32,000 – £34,000.
