Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Brentford, Middlesex
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 OTE £40k plus great benefits
We are handling a great opportunity on behalf of our client, a prestige dealership known for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products based in Brentford, Middlesex who are seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop team, to meet and exceed customer expectations, and maximise workshop profitability. You will be responsible for taking bookings for the service department, liaising with inter-departmental staff, validating Dealer Management System (DMS) records, scheduling all work to maximise utilisation, and offering all customers an estimate for work booked.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in working as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. You must have fantastic customer service skills, be able to prioritise your workload, and enjoy working in a busy environment.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £28,800 – £30,000 basic plus a bonus of £10k per annum (OTE £40,000). You will be joining a well-established and respected dealership that values its employees and provides excellent training and career progression opportunities.
