As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their trusted advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Package
- Basic salary: £29,000-£31,000, with OTE up to £42,000
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
- Saturday rota: 08:30-4pm, 1 in 3 (currently running at 1 in 4 due to team size)
