A client near Heathrow is seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join their busy Commercial Service Team.
The Role
You will be responsible for jobcard preparation, customer vehicle updates, history checks, and supporting day-to-day operations. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare jobcards and capture vehicle issues
- Manage customer accounts, authorise repairs, and promote additional services
- Handle customer enquiries and provide updates on vehicle progress
- Maintain accurate service records and invoices
- Ensure a high standard of organisation and safety in the reception area
The Salary
- Basic salary of £28,000 to £30,000 + £34,00K OTE
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (7:00 am – 12:00 noon) paid at time and a half
