Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Brentford, Greater London
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator on behalf of our Client, a prestigious brand passenger car dealership based in Brentford, Greater London.
Our client has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Administrator to join their team.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and controlling the warranty claims and processes. Ensuring accuracy and compliance within manufacturer guidelines. In addition, your role will include providing administrative support to the Service department, including dealing with job cards, managing the database and working as part of a team, covering for Service Advisors in their absence.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Service Administrator within the Motor Industry, paying attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems. You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, to both external customers and the internal Service Department, maintaining the customer contact system.
In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to accurately use the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS) and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). You will also have up to date knowledge of Service/Warranty Procedures to ensure any claims are processed fairly and as quickly as possible.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have good knowledge of prestige and luxury automotive brands. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must, as you will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000 plus benefits. The enormously experienced team will offer support, advice and regular training activities to develop candidates to the highest level possible.
