Job Title: Senior Service Advisor
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £32,000 – £36,500 OTE £42k plus benefits
Our client is a premium brand car dealership based in Watford, Hertfordshire and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and managing their vehicle servicing requirements. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop, providing advice and guidance to our customers as required.
As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide tailored customer service to a wide range of customers. You will be comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates. You will have a proactive approach to upselling and be confident in your ability to sell additional services to customers. You will be able to manage your own workload and customer base, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £32,000 – £36,500 OTE £42k plus benefits, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression within the business.
