Role Details
Our Dubai-based client is an OEM and they’re looking to recruit a Senior Product & Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director with responsibility for the development, implementation and steering of Retail Finance and Leasing offers within the United Arab Emirates market area.
The Role
- Development and implementation of all new retail finance and leasing products and product extensions that contribute towards increasing overall portfolio growth.
- Finance/Leasing Campaign Management (business case preparation, sales push campaigns alignment, campaign sign-off process).
- Management of the Sales Performance reporting.
- Design the sales push campaigns and incentive schemes for importers (e.g. sales competitions and engagement activities).
- Activation of new sales channels (eg online market places).
- Marketing function, including but not limited to online/offline marketing strategy, CI compliance.
- Alignment of Marketing Initiatives with HQ, Importer and Agencies.
Who we're looking for
- An ambitious and dynamic individual, holding a Bachelor's degree with at least five years in the financial services industry, preferably car finance in decision-making roles
- An Arabic speaker is preferred with an excellent command of the English language
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge
- Able to set goals in terms of market share and growth
- Adept in researching competitor products
- In-depth understanding of retail finance and leasing products
- Good awareness of the UAE car finance market environment and dynamics
- Ability to question and understand content and implementation of products
The Package
The package consists of AED 17,000-19,000 per month plus bonus, medical insurance and 30 working days annual leave.
