Role Details
We are currently looking for a Retention Specialist to work within a showroom environment within a dealership based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
This role is based in the sales department, and will involve you contacting existing customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and options for renewing their next vehicle.

- To manage and action outbound communications to customers advising on new vehicle promotions ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention.
- Impact retail growth and retention within sales departments and to improve database quality and to impact future sales opportunities.
- You will be a brand ambassador with a focus on delivering great customer service.

- You enjoy assisting customers on the phone, building trust and relationships whilst giving advice and problem solving.
- Passionate about interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Flexible in your approach, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving the financial goals for the business
- Intermediate IT and Microsoft skills with strong administration ability
More About the Package
They are offering a basic salary of £25,000 – £28,000 with an OTE of £30,000.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9am – 6pm. There is an element of flexibility with these hours for the right candidate.
