Role Details

Our client is hiring a Regional Service Manager to drive service performance across their network of dealers in the Middle East region.

The role involves ensuring dealers are meeting manufacturer standards, operational targets, KPI parameters and on target to meet their annual forecast. You will be monitoring, identifying concerns, promoting customer excellence and offering guidance.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced Service/Aftersales Manager who has worked for a car manufacturer (OEM) office in a similar role.
Service Manager experience at a dealership will be advantageous
Excellent oral and written English skills.
Attention to detail.
Audit approach and methodology.
Passionate for delivering excellent customer service.
Flexibility to travel and work to tight deadlines.
Highly organised individual.
