Role Details
Our client is an automotive group with a strong presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking a National Sales Manager based in Riyadh, who will be responsible for driving sales across the entire kingdom.
The successful candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus. In this role, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing their team to achieve their sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and productivity
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Salary & Benefits
Base salary SR 35,000 to SR 38,000 per month plus an excellent bonus scheme, accommodation, company car, healthcare, annual ticket etc…
