Role Details

Our client is an automotive group with a strong presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking a National Sales Manager based in Riyadh, who will be responsible for driving sales across the entire kingdom.

The successful candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus. In this role, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing their team to achieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and productivity
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets

Salary & Benefits

Base salary SR 35,000 to SR 38,000 per month plus an excellent bonus scheme, accommodation, company car, healthcare, annual ticket etc…
