Motor Vehicle Technician vacancy in Hertfordshire.
Our client has a career opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their fast-paced service workshop in Hertfordshire.
All you need is an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, in Motor Vehicles, along with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service and a first-time fix. You could be working in an Independent Garage, or car dealership environment, as long as you have the desire to train and develop your skills as a qualified technician, you're welcome to apply!
Working in a fully equipped workshop at this car dealership, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and career development, through manufacturer training.
The ideal candidate will:
Attend Training courses and work towards achieving manufacturer qualifications.
Follow the instructions on the job card and report any additional work required.
Work to a high standard, within manufacturer guideline.
Salary
A starting annual Salary up to £38,000 dependent upon level of experience, along with the opportunity to earn, £16,000 Uncapped Productivity bonus.
You will be able to work Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings which are paid as overtime.
Have your own set of Tools (Specialist tools will be provided)
Recognise the importance of working as part of a team to provide the best levels of service.
Be familiar with working on a range of models of cars in an accurate and efficient manner.
