Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 plus benefits

You'll be responsible for maximizing sales volume and profitability while exceeding customer expectations. Your duties will include developing sales plans and budgets, leading a team of Sales Executives, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer contractual standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Executives to achieve vehicle sales, profit targets, plans and budgets.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the complete product range.
- Provide guidance and training to improve the team's performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and new customers.
- Ensure staff comply with all sales processes and regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer service and professionalism.
- Proven experience in a premium brand franchised motor-trade environment.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving license.
Salary
