Our client, a passenger car dealership has an immediate opportunity for a volume car brand experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their aftersales division towards maximising aftersales performance whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently Aftersales Manager for at least three years
- Volume Car brand experience
- Ideally working in Singapore (will consider Malaysia based applicants)
- Native Malay Speaking
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Setting operational targets
- Monthly reporting experience
- Understands Aftersales KPIs
- Good leadership
- Proven ability to manage a successful aftersales department
The Package
Annual salary of GBP £58,000 plus bonus and benefits
