Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers throughout their vehicle service
- Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop
- Keep customers updated and handle vehicle handovers
- Upsell services and products
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and stay updated through training
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
The Package:
- Competitive salary: £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200
- Manufacturer training and career development
- Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
