Our client's prestigious brand passenger car dealership in North London is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. As a vital link between customers and the dealership, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
What you’ll be doing

Utilise Keyloop Autoline software proficiently to manage parts inventory and orders

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles

Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery

Maintain a tidy and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety standards

Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfil customer needs

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Here’s how the role aligns with your profile

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor

Proficiency in using Autoline DMS software is advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with an hour lunch break
Alternative Saturdays (to change to one in 3), 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (contracted)
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £25,000 per annum with a realistic OTE £33,000 pa

What you’ll be doing

Conduct MOT tests to government standards, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines

Perform thorough inspections of vehicles, identifying any issues or defects that may affect their roadworthiness

Carry out necessary repairs or recommend appropriate actions to address identified issues

Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Provide exceptional customer service, explaining test results and recommendations clearly and professionally

Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Here’s how the role aligns with your profile

Valid and current Class 4 MOT Tester licence

Previous experience conducting MOT tests in a reputable automotive environment

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle mechanics and systems

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections and recording findings

Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (1 in 4 rotation).
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum
OTE: £37,800 to £39,800 per annum (average monthly bonus of £400)
