I am partnering with a proactive forward thinking commercial automotive dealer group assisting them to find a Head of New Truck Sales.
This will be leading a team of Truck Sales Executives, motivating, inspiring and encouraging them to maximise opportunities, push potential and grow as individuals as well as, as a collective.
They are looking for a diverse, hands on, energised individual to manage this team. This role will be about winning the hearts of minds of the team, the manufacturer and of course the customers.
This role will be based in Merseyside but the coverage will be nationwide in terms of customers.
- You will need to have automotive experience in a Senior Sales Management role (Sales Director, Truck Sales Manager, Group Commercial Vehicle Manager)
- If you have worked in a slightly different capacity but feel you have relevant transferable skills, please apply. However, automotive experience is a must.
- A natural leader with an innate ability to motivate and strengthen a team.
- Someone with a modern approach to retailing will likely be successful. Therefore, a dynamic approach is essential.
They will be offering a basic salary between £50,000 – £60,000, based on several variables the OTE is likely to be in the region of £70,000 – £80,000.
There will be a small element of working from home, however your presence will need to be felt by the team. Therefore you will need to live within a reasonable distance from Merseyside. If in doubt, apply for the role and I will share more details of the location.
