Ideal Candidate
- With full P&L responsibility for the aftersales business, you will have a strategic, but hands-on approach to leadership with a focus on delighting customers and ensuring the workshop produces high quality work consistently.
- We’re looking for a local candidate for this role, ideally an Indonesian national with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English is essential.
- You will have at least five years of experience as either Aftersales or Service Manager, preferably working with a progressive passenger car dealership with a thorough understanding of the KPIs, what motivates people and how to win customers.
The Package
The base salary on offer is IDR 30,000,000 – IDR 40,000,000 per month plus Bonus with training, and career progression opportunities.

The Role

Ideal Candidate
- You are a dynamic manufacturer-approved Aftersales Manager with at least five years of experience, aged 30-40, and preferred nationalities include Malaysian, Singaporean, Australian, New Zealander, German or British
- Experienced managing the dealer and OEM relationships in terms of the aftersales business
- Strong customer focus with excellent people skills and the ability to develop strong and effective teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
