The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. From scheduling appointments to coordinating vehicle repairs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience with Kerridge and in a main dealership is preferred but not essential
The Package:
Basic salary of £28,000 – £32,000 (+ £38,000 OTE)
