We are currently recruiting for an experienced New and Used Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a franchised passenger car dealership based near Birkenhead, Merseyside.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in car sales and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment. As a New and Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Proactively approach customers to promote and sell new and used cars
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide customers with a high level of product knowledge and excellent customer service
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to delivery of the vehicle
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administration tasks

Requirements

Previous experience as a New or Used Car Sales Executive is essential
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence

Our client is a leading premium brand dealership based near Merseyside, and they are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join their dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a proven track record in sales and management, and who is looking to take their career to the next level.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and driving growth for the dealership. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you are a Brand Manager already, although we are happy to accept applications from Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Manager, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance on a consistent basis. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, including sales volumes for new and used cars, F&I, and CSI.

In addition, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate and lead a team effectively. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, energetic, and driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
