Role Details

An opportunity has arisen to work for a very successful and prestigious brand based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The position is for a HR Administrator which will involve providing administrative and secretarial support to the HR team and Line Managers.

The Role

  • To work closely with the HR Director and other Line Managers to provide full administrative and secretarial support.
  • Assisting the HR team in all aspects such as preparing documents and general administrative duties
  • Assisting in any marketing activities
  • To develop an understanding of the companies database system – in order to provide basic maintenance
  • Maintain training records for the site – utilising the manufacturer systems

Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience within a dealership environment is preferred and would be an advantage although not essential
  • Experience working as a HR Assistant or Administrator would be ideal but not essential
  • The successful candidate will be organised and have a methodical approach to problem solving as well as attention to detail
  • You must possess excellent administrative skills

What’s on offer?

The basic salary will be £23,000. The hours will be Monday – Friday (10am – 4pm).
