An opportunity has arisen to work for a very successful and prestigious brand based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The position is for a HR Administrator which will involve providing administrative and secretarial support to the HR team and Line Managers.
- To work closely with the HR Director and other Line Managers to provide full administrative and secretarial support.
- Assisting the HR team in all aspects such as preparing documents and general administrative duties
- Assisting in any marketing activities
- To develop an understanding of the companies database system – in order to provide basic maintenance
- Maintain training records for the site – utilising the manufacturer systems
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience within a dealership environment is preferred and would be an advantage although not essential
- Experience working as a HR Assistant or Administrator would be ideal but not essential
- The successful candidate will be organised and have a methodical approach to problem solving as well as attention to detail
- You must possess excellent administrative skills
What’s on offer?
The basic salary will be £23,000. The hours will be Monday – Friday (10am – 4pm).
