We are looking for a meticulous, organised Fleet Sales Administrator to join a very busy dealership based in Brighton, East Sussex. As the sole Administrator on site, you will be a key asset in the sales department, working alongside like-minded, passionate, and generally lovely bunch of people.
Your role will be to support the sales and accounts teams in processing any and all documentation associated with sales. This will include; arranging invoices, registration and taxation of vehicles and updating records.
They are ideally seeking someone with knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle and experience working in a dealership environment.
It is also really important you have excellent attention to detail and strong organisation and time management skills.
They are looking to offer you a basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000. There will also be a bonus scheme worth between £2,000 – £4,000 on top.
This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch.
