We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business near Heathrow, for an experienced LCV Technician and Class 4 & 7 MOT Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT Tests for Class 4 & 7 vehicles, performing routine maintenance, servicing, and general repairs. You will ensure all work adheres to manufacturer guidelines, and you will receive continuous training to expand your knowledge of leading vehicle brands.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold an MOT Tester Certification (Class 4 & 7) and have experience in light commercial or passenger vehicle maintenance. We are looking for a problem solver with a proactive approach who is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should be organised, flexible, and comfortable with taking on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What's on Offer
Our client is offering on-target earnings of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, with a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on your experience and skill level. In addition, you can earn up to £6,000 per year in achievable productivity bonuses, paid monthly. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota (paid at 1.5x) and overtime available at enhanced rates.

Our clients are seeking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester and Tyre Fitter, who is eligible to work in the UK.

The Candidate

Salary
The Salary for the successful candidate will depend upon the experience of each applicant, however ranges from £30,000 to £31,500 Basic dependent upon experience, with the opportunity to earn an additional bonus and a host of company benefits.
Hours
The working hours include working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on a Saturday rota, 1 in 4.

Are you a qualified Diagnostic Technician, who is travelling out of the area, or do you live within a commutable distance to Feltham; seeking a new challenge with training and development, we want to hear from you!

- Successful track record within the role, ideally with franchise experience in the motor industry
The Package
A competitive basic salary ranging from £34,000 to £45,000 dependent upon your skill level and specialism, with the added opportunity to earn Bonus and overtime (paid at 1.5) and an uncapped OTE in the region of £57,000
The Hours
As the business operates from 7am to 6pm, you have the option to work within those hours, for a better work/life balance, from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm for example.
Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am to 12 Noon paid at 1.5.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be involved in complex diagnostics and repairs, driving quality and first-time fix. Additionally, your focus will be on providing guidance and coaching to the other technicians in the workshop.
The Role
- Effectively investigate and diagnose complex faults

Ideal Candidate
