Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Bodyshop Manager in the Middle East within the franchised dealer network. You must demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in continuous development in operational efficiencies, new technologies, supplier and manufacturer relations and profitability.

The ideal candidate should be able to…
- Repair or replace as necessary bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to the instructions received or details on the job card. This will may include chassis and framework
- Your main tasks will be completed without supervision and includes providing direct supervision to non-qualified technicians where applicable
- Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair
- All equipment used, to include jigs, fixtures and welding equipment, will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification and to the prescribed safety standards
- Adhere to the manufacturer’s literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and to the replacement of chassis and panel work
- Where appropriate attend training courses to enable you to be updated on new techniques and produce development
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times, keeping the Company’s tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
- To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
What will you be rewarded for in return for your hard work?
Up to £40,000 and is dependable on experience and qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role is preferred.
Hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for carrying out repairs to all types of wheels on vehicles
- You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales
- You will remove, repair and refit wheels and tyres on vehicles and ensure the repairs are to a very high standard
- Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of wheel repair with strong attention to detail
The Salary
They will be looking to offer the right candidate a basic salary of £30,000 with an achievable bonus available.
