Our client, Saudi Arabia's leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the automotive division, leading and directing the account team, and delivering strategic value to client brands.
Responsibilities
- Providing direction and leadership to the account team
- Contributing to the formulation and articulation of the agency's strategy
- Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
- Preparing year-end review presentations
- Collaborating with other departments to cross-sell agency services
- Managing job costing sheets and analysing variances
Requirements
- 7-9 years of account management experience with 1-2 years as an account director in a reputed agency
- Graduate in any field, degree in advertising/communications preferred
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and creative and production aspects
- Strong influencing style, executive presence, and assertiveness
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a total monthly salary of SR 30,000 plus incentives and a highly competitive annual bonus.
