Role Details
Job Title: Experienced Car Sales Executive
Location: near Croydon, Surrey
Salary: Starting at £15,000 per annum, rising to £24,000 depending on volume sold over the previous 2 quarters. OTE based on 138 units is £45,000 and those selling more than 180+ units are achieving £70,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (day off in lieu), Saturday 8.30am to 5pm, Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm (1 in 3).
We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client’s prestigious brand passenger car dealership near Croydon, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the sales department
- Accurately complete all sales documentation and customer administration tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a dealership environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Full UK driving licence
