Are you an Experienced customer focused Aftersales Manager ready for a new challenge within a prestige car dealership in Bromley, Kent?
Our client, an established, forward-thinking car dealership in Bromley, Kent, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will already have proven experience of leading and developing a successful service team, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
The post holder will have full responsibility for the multi-brand Aftersales department, whilst managing and developing a successful Service and Parts Department in the capacity of Aftersales Manager. A familiarity with all aspects of Aftersales management, team development, mentoring, and dealing with the manufacturer as well as departmental budgeting and processes is a must for this demanding, yet rewarding role.
The management style suited to this role, would involve being ‘hands on’, forward thinking, with team development and mentoring skills as well as the ability to take the business to the next level.
With a fully equipped Service Department with state-of-the-art facilities, the successful applicant will lead by example and drive this business forward in a pro-active manner.
The Package: £45,000+ (dependent upon experience)
OTE: £60,000+
