Our established client is recruiting a Warranty/Costing Administrator for their Prestige dealership in the heart of West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has experience working in the automotive industry in an Administrative role. A company that places high importance on training and developing their colleagues so that they are able to progress within the company.

The Role

  • Process daily customer/warranty and R&M invoices/claims in line with the company and manufacturers policy and procedures
  • Ensure that queries/rejections are cleared promptly
  • Provide assistance to the General Managers as required to ensure the smooth running of the section
  • Help the department when needed in answering the telephone within the target set by the company to maintain a high standard to customers
  • Attend all relevant training as required to fulfil duties and ensure skill is maintained in line with the job

What is required

  • Ability to produce invoices and process warranty claims
  • Be computer literate
  • General Admin duties
  • Liaise well with other departments
  • Well organised

Benefits

  • A basic salary ranging between £22,000 – £24,000 (depending on experience)
  • 45-hour week, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
