A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful and well-respected service centre in East Surrey. They are looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated Service Advisor to join their team. This is not your average Advisor position; your focus will just be the customer, updating them and taking care of any concerns or questions. The other traditionally associated tasks including upselling and administration have been delegated to others, leaving you to just focus on giving the customer the best service.
A bit about you and your experience;
As this role is centred around the customer experience, your customer facing skills need to be impeccable. Ensuring you build long term relationships is crucial, therefore experience in this role is highly desirable.
A wholesome work ethic is also required. Ensuring you are prompt, consistent in your approach and engaging.
What’s in it for you?

They are offering £25,000 basic and with an OTE of £30,000. This would be working a 45-hour week, during the week it would be 8am – 6pm. They would also require you to work a Saturday on a rota, usually 1 per month. Plus, access to many Benefits.
