The Role:

  • Ensuring all visitors are greeted professionally, receiving a warm welcome and instant attention
  • Providing organisational and administrative support to the management team
  • Understanding customers requirements and offering first class service
  • Answering all internal and external calls swiftly, directing them effectively
  • Meeting and Greeting customers in the showroom
  • Building a rapport with customers
  • Ensuring all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business in order to maximise service and parts business
  • Adhering to all housekeeping standards

  • Motor trade sales experience
  • Switchboard experience
  • Highly and organised
  • Interpersonal skills
