They are a very successfully run site with a large local customer base. You will have full responsibility for the MOTs coming into their busy workshop.

- You will be required to accurately and skilfully undertake MOT's ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.

- Monitor and maintain the MOT ramp

The Role
You will be managing a small team of 20 Technicians including Apprentices, ensuring the workshop is running as smoothly as possible.
This will include monitoring the efficiency of the Technicians and profitability is being maximised using any and all materials, equipment and labour resources.

- You will need to have proven leadership; someone the team can aspire to become like. Therefore, experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager is essential.
- They feel it is all about driving the team to deliver, a big part of this is conducting regular staff reviews. This is something you will need to be familiar with also.

The Package
