We are in search of a Service Advisor to join a beautiful automotive car dealership based in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

The Aftersales Manager is looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and driven to achieve. Someone who will be able to handle a range of enquiries and communicate well with colleagues and customers.

What They Need in You

In return for all you hard work, you will receive:

A basic salary of £28,000 with a realistic bonus scheme in place, enabling you to earn £38,000 OTE as a minimum. This figure doesn’t include the upselling of service plans or other extras such as tyres.   

You will be required to work:

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday’s 1 in 4 8:30am – 5pm

My client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their very busy commercial vehicle team based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large team, build our career and build on your skills.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily control of the workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality repair. You will also be responsible for a team of HGV Technicians and productive Shift Supervisors motivating, supporting and leading them to drive the business forward.

The Person

You will need to have experience working in a commercial vehicle environment, ideally both with HGV and LCV. They will consider someone who has experience working as a Workshop Controller, Manager or Shift Supervisor in this environment.
You will also need to have a positive, can-do attitude as they would like someone to uplift and encourage the Technicians.

The Package

The basic salary will be £40,000 – £45,000. With the bonus you can expect to receive an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30m.

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our Client, a prestigious brand passenger car dealership based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Our client has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join its team.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair. You will be responsible for promoting accurate and productive workshop throughputs, helping to meet the departments financial and non-financial targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems. You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Service Department, maintaining the customer contact system.

In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to accurately use the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS) and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). You will also have up to date knowledge of Service/Warranty Procedures to ensure any claims are processed fairly and as quickly as possible.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have good knowledge of prestige and luxury automotive brands. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must as you will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels.
