Our client is seeking an aftersales professional with experience of dealing with technical issues, along with the proven ability to effectively manage a productive service workshop. Enhancing workshop productivity by motivating a team of workshop technicians will be something you will be familiar with too.

We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused and motivated to effectively coordinate efficiency and productivity through the workshop. Dealing with technical issues and driving the business forward.

This candidate will already be experienced in providing Technical Support and take pride in delivering exceptional levels of Customer delight. Whilst managing the workshop and dealing with technical issues.

Also self-motivated, with the ability to promote quality workmanship, whilst encouraging and motivating Technicians to optimise workshop productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with working in a fast paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions.

A Full, UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential.

Salary

The salary for this role will be £40,000, with the opportunity to increase earnings with a targeted bonus scheme £60K+ OTE, along with many company benefits.

You will be the first port of call for customers checking in their vehicles, as well as their trusty advisor for updating them on the progress of their vehicle. Therefore, confidence in building relationships and organisation are a must.

The Package

You will be offered a basic salary of £32,000 – £36,000. The commission structure will take your overall earnings to £42,000 – £46,000.

The Person

They are looking for an exceptional candidate with plenty of customer service experience, ideally from within the automotive industry.
That said, they will consider someone without any automotive experience, looking to begin a new fresh career.
