We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a car dealership near Newbury.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
The role
- Show product options, adapt to customer needs, and encourage test drives
- Negotiate prices, payment, and finance directly with customers
- Engage in training to support team goals
- Work with Sales Admin to ensure product availability, place orders, update records, and schedule services
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service

- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and react positively to market changes
- Proficient with PC, Microsoft
The Package
- Basic salary: £25,000 with an uncapped OTE £40,000 – £55,000 plus a company car!
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with a day off during the week
- Saturday 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays
