Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Bahrain
Salary: BD 1,500 to BD 1,700 per month plus benefits
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to join our client’s prestigious brand passenger car dealership in Bahrain. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands, developing marketing plans, and controlling a marketing budget of £1.3M. Reporting directly to the GM, you will be responsible for a team of 5 and must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans for multiple brands
- Control and manage a marketing budget of £1.3M
- Manage a team of 5 marketing professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and marketing agencies
- Maintain social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage events and promotions to increase sales and brand awareness
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management
- Experience in managing multiple brands
- Strong management and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Automotive experience is ideal, but not essential if the candidate has the right marketing experience, personality, and strong work ethic
Salary and Benefits
On offer is a competitive package, which includes a basic salary of 1500BHD – 1700BHD per month, a housing allowance of 500BHD per month, a company car, private healthcare, annual air tickets (economy), and an annual bonus linked to performance.
